The "Romeo" beachfront apartment with a sea view is located on the 7th floor of the new "Baltea" apartment building in Gdańsk Przymorze.
This exceptional place is situated right by the picturesque beach in Jelitkowo, next to the charming Reagan Park.
Apartment Description
Our 40-square-meter apartment consists of a modernly furnished living room connected to the kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped interior ensures a comfortable stay for 4 people. We offer a double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Additionally, there are paid parking spaces available in the garage. You can also park for free in the closed parking lot in front of the building. There is an elevator in the building.
Area and Beach Access
The apartment is located right by Reagan Park and the beach, allowing for active outdoor leisure. Nearby, you'll find many scenic bike paths that run along the park and the beach. Reagan Park features the largest playground in Gdańsk, outdoor fitness equipment, and areas for grilling and sunbathing. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach.
The Old Town is just 10 km away, Sopot with the famous Monte Cassino promenade is 5 km away, and Gdynia is 10 km away. Oliwa Park and Ergo Arena are only 3 km from the apartment.
